Question 1

What does the subscription cover?

Accepted Answer

Pro covers unlimited CV, motivation letter, and application email generation, so you can tailor a fresh set of documents for every job you apply to.

Question 2

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Cancel from your account settings at any time — you keep full access until the end of your billing period.

Question 3

Can I switch plans or billing cycles?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual at any time. Annual billing saves 21% compared to monthly.

Question 4

How much does zeroApply cost?

Accepted Answer

zeroApply Pro is $19/month, or $15/month billed yearly ($180/year). It includes unlimited AI-generated CVs, motivation letters and application emails, Auto-Apply, 51+ templates, AI mock interviews, and VIP priority support.

Question 5

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Pro starts with a 3-day free trial. You add a card but aren't charged until day 3, and you can cancel anytime before then at no cost. During the trial you can generate up to 5 tailored, ATS-ready documents to try it out; your full unlimited plan and auto-apply unlock automatically when the trial converts. (The job application tracker is always free.)

Question 6

What happens when my free trial ends?

Accepted Answer

On day 3 your card is charged for the plan you selected and your account automatically upgrades to the full plan with unlimited generations. If you cancel before day 3 you're never charged. You keep any documents you created during the trial.

Question 7

Are the CVs and resumes ATS-friendly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every CV and cover letter is generated with clean, ATS-friendly formatting and tailored to the job description with the right keywords, so it reads correctly in the applicant tracking systems (ATS) most employers use to screen applications.

Question 8

How does auto-apply work?

Accepted Answer

With Auto-Apply, zeroApply searches matching job listings, scores each one for fit against your CV, writes a tailored resume and cover letter, finds the company's contact email, and submits the application for you — from your own Gmail if you connect it.

Question 9

Does zeroApply write cover letters as well as resumes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every generation produces both a tailored CV/resume and a matching cover letter (motivation letter) written for that specific job, using the AI and the template you choose.

Question 10

What is the AI mock interview?

Accepted Answer

Interview Buddy runs realistic AI mock interviews for your target role — in text or hands-free voice mode — asking role-specific questions and scoring your answers so you can practise before the real interview. It's included in every plan.

Question 11

Which payment methods are accepted and is payment secure?

Accepted Answer

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You can pay with any major credit or debit card, and zeroApply never sees or stores your full card details.

Question 12

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel a subscription at any time and keep full access until the end of your billing period. See our Refund Policy for full details.
